AVAYA AURA Communication Manager Administration

On May 28–29, 2025, Chevalier iTech Thai Co., Ltd. had the pleasure of hosting the

The Avaya Aura Communication Manager Administration training for the PTTEP ED team

at Chevalier House. The two-day program was filled with energy, laughter,

and enthusiastic participation from all attendees.

This course, led by expert instructors, covered both theoretical and practical

knowledge—ranging from using the Avaya system via smartphone applications to effective

communication system management in the organization.

Participants engaged in group activities, practiced solving simulated

challenges, and gained practical insights they could immediately apply to their daily work.

The dedication and active involvement of the participants made the training

atmosphere warm, inspiring, and full of positive energy. We witnessed smiles, motivation,

and a genuine eagerness to grow professionally.
