Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher majoring in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields

• Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.

• Good communication skill

• Able to interact with all levels of management.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and administration on IP Telephony, Network & Security infrastructure consisting of Firewalls, including LAN and WAN services.

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Telephony/Network infrastructure

• Performing preventive maintenance of Telephony/Network infrastructure,

• Support and maintain regional Telephony/Network infrastructure inventory and support warranty RMA service.

• Develop and maintain Telephony/Network infrastructure documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors for third level support to ensure the performance and high availability of the Telephony/Network equipment.

• Support systems team in various system setup related to Telephony/ Network configuration.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, coordinate with 3rd level support and resolve critical Telephony/Network issues.

• Review, maintain and enforce Telephony/Network security & compliance issues on all Infrastructure.

• Maintenance & execution of IT Disaster Recovery Plan for Telephony/Network infrastructure

• Manage projects assigned and ensure completion in accordance to project timeline.
