May 2005
- Predictive Dialing System (PDS): Chevalier Staff
of Consulting Service has successfully training for “Configuration-Supporting
AVAYA PDS 12.0”, “Advance Administration Manager 3.0” and “Using
the AVAYA PDS 12.0” at Singapore on May 2005
- AVAYA Communication Manager (CM3.0): Beside that,
chevalier staffs of Professional Services and Consulting Services
have completed training and workshop for “AVAYA Communication
