Consulting service department offers technical consultancy and high level professional services to complete project requirements. Our expertises cover from traditional PBX to complex pure IP Telephony design. We also give in-depth of contact center design with variety of products range such as ACD, IVR, CTI, Voice Logger and CRM application. Moreover, two new services have recently been rolled out which are project management and software integration to accomplish our consultancy services. Our staffs are proactive and keen on providing best service to achieve your requirements.

New update successful of Consulting Service;
-  NICE ® Log Certification: Chevalier Staff of Consulting Service has successfully completed training for “NICE ® Log (Voice Recorder) Technical Training Level I” at Hong Kong on May 2005
-  Predictive Dialing System (PDS): Chevalier Staff of Consulting Service has successfully training for “Configuration-Supporting AVAYA PDS 12.0”, “Advance Administration Manager 3.0” and “Using the AVAYA PDS 12.0” at Singapore on May 2005
-  AVAYA Communication Manager (CM3.0): Beside that, chevalier staffs of Professional Services and Consulting Services have completed training and workshop for “AVAYA Communication Manager 3.0” at Singapore on June 2005.
